Building and Dismantling data centers

E2PR has developed specific expertise in the IT & Data sector which is why we have often been asked by telecom operators to do work on their French IT sites.

The construction, design and renovation of a data center, as well as any combination of these three areas of expertise, represents a strategic challenge for companies. At E2PR, our teams have a clear understanding of the high technical requirements and constraints associated with these types of complex spaces. For telecommunications operators, we also create technical facilities for data link networks (FTTH/Fiber To The Home): POP, ODF and MDF sites.

Our Services

  • Pre-construction site cleaning and dismantling
  • Masonry
  • Site layout and partitioning
  • Painting (walls, ceilings and floors)
  • Suspended ceilings and raised floors
  • Utility networks (electricity and air conditioning)
  • Firewall construction
  • Drilling for various installations (electricity, fiber optics, plumbing, etc.)
  • All types of work to meet client requirements or technical constraints

But it is one thing to know how to develop a data center, it is another to be able to dismantle it while respecting the issues related to the dismounting/destruction of a data center and the proper disposal of electronic equipment that has reached the end of its life cycle.

Many telecom operators who asked us 15 years ago to transform their rental spaces into data centers have now reached the end of their leases. When the time comes to revert these spaces to their original state, these companies turn to us again.

E2PR has thus assembled and disassembled many data centers throughout France, including in Montpellier, Nantes, Bordeaux and Toulouse.

As a testament to the quality of our work, we are proud to count among our loyal customers some major name brands like Free, Verizon, Orange, Jaguar Network and Online.
